The Role:
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our Shoalhaven team. In this role, you will:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

• Support clients in community participation and recreational activities.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualised care plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

• Willingness to accept short shifts.

Requirements:

• A relevant certificate III qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support (or above).

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Current WWCC Check

• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in NDIS.
