This Code outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all participants to ensure a respectful and productive learning environment.
We value diversity, respect, and cooperation, alongside freedom of expression balanced with social responsibility. Participants are expected to treat our trainers and fellow participants with consideration and courtesy at all times.
Our commitment is to provide a healthy and intellectually stimulating training environment. Participants must not disrupt others' learning or hinder trainers from fulfilling their duties.
All students have the right to work and learn without harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour. We expect all interactions to be courteous.
Our trainers are committed to fair treatment and professionalism. Non-compliance with this Code may result in removal from the training venue.
Students are expected to:
Silence or switch off mobile devices during training.
Respect fellow students and trainers.
Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited.
Dress appropriately for practical demonstrations.
Refrain from using offensive language.
Complete training within agreed timeframes.
Communicate any challenges with your trainer.
Disclose any medical conditions affecting participation.
Harassment, bullying, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
