The Role:
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nursing Staff to join our Shoalhaven team. In this role, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in residential aged care facilities.

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans.

• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

• Ensure compliance with all industry and facility regulations.

• Participate in shift work including Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration

• Clinical Experience (Community, Aged Care and Disability)

• Current Flu Vaccination

• Current Criminal History Check

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.

• Able to cover at least 1 - 2 shifts per week (across any shift type).
